We really want to expand our offerings so that we can attend a wider variety of events and can give our young adults experience with other types of foods, whilst assuring that the food preparation equipment is safe for them.  The ideal way to do this would be to have an ice-cream machine.  This would enable us to offer not only ice-creams but freakshakes, smoothies, a wider range of coffees and offer alternative toppings on some of our food offerings. We plan to use only organic local milk and additive free flavourings to make our soft-serve ice-cream.
